Before you write about a parsing problem

A little context makes a fast fix much more likely. If you can, include:

• The file type (JPG, PNG, or PDF) and roughly how many pages
• What looked wrong: missing table rows, scrambled reading order, garbled formulas
• Whether the original was a clean scan, a phone photo, or handwriting

Please do not email sensitive documents such as IDs, medical records, or contracts. A cropped screenshot of the problem area is enough.
